Join Lan Hogan and Joel Hogan (aka the Spiritual Ninja, contestant on Australian Ninja Warrior 2020) for a fun and engaging kids active yoga and cosmic sound session at the Alignment Collective in Wangara.
Suitable for all abilities, no experience necessary. Ages 5-12. Maximum of 12 kids per session.
Experienced support workers will be attending to help and assist families as needed.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.
Session runs for 1.5 hours.
Parents and Carers to stay to support kids and meet other awesome families. Sessions designed for autistic kids and their siblings.
