Mentee - Expression of Interest

For students in Year 6 or 7

The Telethon Teen Mentoring Program brings together autistic high school students and autistic primary school students to connect, collaborate and learn from each other in a supportive and inclusive environment. Together they work on creative projects, learn new skills and build confidence through shared activities across the term.

This form helps us understand your child’s strengths, interests and support needs so we can ensure the program is a positive and supportive experience for everyone involved.
