All Stars for Autism are thrilled to continue our FREE Yin Yoga sessions for carers* in 2026.
Yin Yoga is a very gentle yoga, that’s more like guided stretching and meditation than yoga yoga - no intense workouts here!

This Yin Yoga session is offered as a voluntary wellbeing activity for parents and carers. The session is intended to promote relaxation, mindfulness and gentle stretching and is not medical treatment, therapy or a substitute for professional healthcare. Participants are responsible for determining whether the activity is suitable for them and should consult their healthcare professional if they have any concerns regarding their health or ability to participate. Please advise the facilitator of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy or physical limitations prior to the session. Participation is entirely voluntary and attendees are encouraged to work within their own comfort levels, modify poses as needed, take breaks or leave the session at any time. By registering for this event, you acknowledge that you participate at your own risk and release All Stars for Autism, its volunteers and facilitators from liability for any injury, loss or adverse effects arising from participation, except where required by law.
*Carers include a parent / carer (unpaid) of a person who has a disability, medical condition, mental illness or is frail and aged.
