Sound Healing is a deeply restorative experience designed to help calm the nervous system, release stress and create space for rest and relaxation. Hosted by the incredible Katie Dow, this session uses the gentle vibrations of crystal sound bowls, chimes and other soothing instruments to guide you into a peaceful state. No experience needed.
